Planning and Zoning

The Village's current Master Plan was updated in 2019 after several months of work by staff and the Planning Commission.  To view the adopted Master Plan for yourself, please see the link below.  In addition to the Master Plan, the Village will from time to time survey the community on various issues.  Also below are various surveys conducted by the Village in recent years.

Annually the Planning Commission submits a report to the Village Council detailing the activity related to planning and zoning which occurred in the previous year.  This report also discusses work done on implementing the Master Plan and other items of importance relating to land use in the community.  Below are the most recent reports submitted by the Planning Commission.
