Property & Wellness Check

As part of the Village's coverage contract with the Isabella County Sheriff's Department, residents that will be away for any period of time can complete this form and have their property checked during their absence.

Additionally, as part of the Village's Covid-19 Response Plan, residents that are self-isolating due to a positive Covid-19 test may give the Village Hall their contact information for a daily check-in call so staff can call to ensure that they are healthy and safe. Staff shall document all such contact made, and in the event of failure to establish contact with an individual, notify the appropriate person that they designate to contact in such an event.
