VILLAGE PRESIDENT - DAVID TORGERSON
Dave Torgerson is a retired teacher and coach in the
Chippewa Hills School
District. Prior to serving as the Village President, he served
President Pro-Temp, and also as a member of the Planning Commission
His term expires in January in 2014. Dave is the 4th Village
President and has been a resident of Lake Isabella since the early 1970s.
PRESIDENT PRO TEMP -
DAN PATTISON
Dan spent over 31 years with the
Beal City School
District as a teacher and administrator, professionally he also oversaw the student teaching program at
Alma College. He
is an active member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Mount Pleasant.
His term expires in January of 2012.
TREASURER - CHARLES KIEL
Charlie is a retired teacher and works in accreditation in the
education field. He was a driving force in the paving of
Fairway Drive. His term expires in January of 2014.
CLERK - JEFFREY P. GREY
Jeff has been a Lake Isabella
resident since 1996 and has owned his own computer repair business
(Wolverine Computer Services) since February 2000. Currently he is
the director of IT services for General Agency Services in Mt. Pleasant. Prior to starting his
own business, he was the Computer Service Manager for the O.I.T department
at Central Michigan University.
He currently serves on the
Village Council as the Village Clerk and the Council representative on the
Planning Commission. His term expires in January of
2012.
COUNCILMEMBER - RICHARD LACCA
Rich was elected in 2005, taking office in January of 2006, his
term expires in January of 2014. Rich and his wife Toni have lived
at the lake for several years. Rich previously served on the
Village's Street Committee and is also on the LIPOA Architectural Control
Committee. Prior to moving to the lake they lived in the Detroit
Metro area.
COUNCILMEMBER - ARNOLD
GRIFFIN
Arnold is a retired educator and the former President of the
Lake Isabella Property Owners Association. He has lived at the lake since
the early 1990's. His term expires in January of 2014.
COUNCILMEMBER - ELIZABETH
MILLER
Beth is retired from Dow, and lives on Fairway Drive. Her term
of office expires in January of 2012. She was the top vote getter in
the 2007 Village Council election.
