Proposed Ordinances

Proposed Zoning Code Update - A proposed ordinance to amend numerous sections of the zoning code, including permitted uses, special land uses, site development standards, dumpsters, and single-family dwelling requirements.

Proposed Rezoning - A proposed ordinance to rezone 3.94 +/- acres adjacent to the Lake Isabella Municipal Airport from Lake Residential 1 to Airport Residential.

Proposed Civil Infraction Fine Schedule Update - A proposed ordinance to amend the fine schedule used by the Village for civil infraction tickets.

Truck Routes - A proposed ordinance to regulate the ingress and egress of commercial vehicles and other overweight vehicles on the streets of the Lake Isabella. ADOPTED FEBRUARY 19th
